Re-Entry Mental Health is a State Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Program through the Office of Health Care Quality (OHCQ) of the State of Maryland for a 1st Offender Program and continuing group and individual Addiction Treatment and the Motor Vehicle Administration, for a DWI Program.

Re-Entry Mental Health Services sponsors Continuing Education Credits in County.
